How it Works
How to Sell Products or Services on Siuhuu:
- Step 1:
Sign up
- Get started by creating a free account.
- Sign up using your Google account or create a new account with your email.
- Step 2:
Edit Profile
- Fill out the required fields with your information to complete your profile.
- Step 3:
Enter Payout Details
- Choose one payout method to receive payments:
- For Overseas Businesses (Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, etc.):
- Stripe & Afterpay:
- Enter your bank account details for payouts.
- Afterpay will be automatically available once verified.
- Use an account that has not been previously linked to your own business Afterpay account.
- Avoid using a savings account if you want to enable Afterpay in your store.
- PayPal: Link your PayPal account if you have one.
- Link your PayPal account if you have one.
- You can use both Stripe and PayPal for more payment options, but it's not required.
- Note: Stripe, Afterpay, and PayPal are not available in the Pacific regions.
- For Pacific Region Sellers:
- Vodafone (M-Paisa, M-Tala, M-Vatu, E-Moni)
- Digicel MyCash
- Local bank account
- Once you set up and verify your payout method, you can start receiving payments. Step 4:
- Listing Type:
- One item: Select this option if you have only one stock of your product.
- More than one: Select this option if you have multiple stock available.
- Pricing Options:
- Special Price: Tick this box only if you're offering a sale price for a limited time.
- Allow Custom Quote: Tick this box if you allow customers to request a custom quote for your products or services.
- Shipping Options:
- Courier Pickup (Only Available Overseas - Australia, US, Canada, etc.)
- This automated process involves printing shipping labels, preparing packages, and scheduling a courier to pick them up from your house or warehouse for efficient order fulfillment.
- Not available in the Pacific regions.
- Manual Shipping (Available Everywhere, Including the Pacific)
- You handle shipping yourself by delivering the package personally or dropping it off at a courier company of your choice.
- Pick-Up Option:
- If you offer a pick-up service, customers can collect their order directly from your specified location.
- Currency:
- All prices on Siuhuu are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Customers can view prices in their local currency using Siuhuu’s currency selector tool.
- 1. Sign Up: Create a Siuhuu account with your details and verify it.
- 2. Browse: Search for the product or service you want, or explore categories.
- 3. Add to Cart: Add your chosen items to the cart. You can only add multiple items from the same store at a time.
- 4. Checkout: Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
- For services: Choose your preferred dates and confirm your booking.
- 5. Track Order: Use the tracking number provided by the seller to track your order.
- 6.Receive & Review: Inspect the received products, mark the order received, and leave a review if satisfied to support the store.
- For products: Inspect your order upon arrival, mark it as received, and leave a review if satisfied to support the store.
- For services: Mark the service as complete, then leave a review to support the business.
- 7. Customer Support: Reach out to Siuhuu’s customer support for any concerns or assistance.
- Credit/Debit Card & Other Payment Methods: -Securely pay for your orders through available payment options.
- Afterpay (Not Available in Pacific Regions): -Shop now and pay in 4 interest-free installments. Available in selected countries only.
- Vodafone M-Paisa (Fiji Only) : -If you're in Fiji, you can conveniently pay for products and services using M-Paisa.
- 1. Customer Places an Order -The customer purchases a product or service on Siuhuu.
- 2. Payment Processing -The payment is securely held by Stripe, PayPal or Vodafone M-Paisa until the order is completed.
- 3. Seller Confirms Shipment -The seller has 5 days to confirm and ship the order. If they fail to do so, the order will be cancelled, and the funds will be refunded to the customer.
- 4. Order Delivery & Confirmation
- For products: Customers have 4 days (domestic orders) and 14 days (international orders) to confirm receipt.
- If no confirmation occurs within the specified time, the order is automatically marked as received, and funds are released to the seller.
- 5. Funds Transfer - Stripe and PayPal typically take around 7 days to transfer the funds from the Stripe balance to the seller's bank account.
List your products or services by clicking "Add New Listing" or the + button. Fill out all relevant fields with accurate details.
